REFUND POLICY

We Stand Behind Every Build.


Every PC and component is tested, cleaned, and handled with care before it ships.


But if something slips through, we’ll make it right.


You may request a refund or replacement if:

- Your item arrives damaged or defective

- The wrong item was shipped


Contact support@mcdeeprods.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.
 

To protect the integrity and performance of our systems, we can’t offer refunds on:​

- Digital licenses or downloads

- Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process:

  1. Email support@mcdeeprods.com with your issue and order details.

  2. We’ll assess and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping address and instructions.

  4. Once your item arrives and is inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.


If approved, refundsare sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
