Every build is personal. Once we receive your order, our team gets straight to work.

- Standard pre-built systems: 1–3 business days
- Custom or modified builds: 5–30 business days for full assembly, testing, and quality checks.

We don’t rush performance — every PC leaves our workshop only after it passes our benchmark standards.

Shipping Times (Australia-wide)
- Canberra & nearby regions: 1–3 business days
- NSW / VIC / QLD / SA: 3–7 business days
- WA / NT / TAS: 7–10 business days
Delays may occur due to courier issues or regional demand, but we’ll always keep you updated through email.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Once your system ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your build’s journey right to your setup.
If your delivery arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, reach out to support@mcdeeprods.com within 7 days of delivery.
